Ordering and Payment
Below you will find a number of questions about ordering and payment.
How can I order an item?
Once you've selected an item, choose the desired size, color, and quantity. Then, click the item into your shopping cart. When you're finished shopping, click "My Cart" in the top right corner of the screen. You'll see an overview of your items, which you can change if necessary.
Do I reserve an item once it is in my shopping cart?
Placing items in your shopping cart does not constitute a reservation. Once payment is completed, your items are guaranteed.
How do I know if my order was successful and when can I expect it?
We'll confirm your order by email. You'll also receive an email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can check the shipment status.
What payment options are available?
You can pay for your online order quickly and securely in various ways:
- Pay via iDeal,
- Pay via Credit Cards,
- (Post)pay via Klarna,
- Payment via bank transfer (invoice via email).
We offer iDeal payment options. This means paying within your own familiar online banking environment.
You follow the same steps as you're used to with online banking; the advantage is that the payment is already prepared with all the details. It's easy and meets the same (strict) security requirements of your bank. This payment service is available to customers of all Dutch banks.
Shipping and Returns
Below you will find some questions about shipping and returns.
How much are the shipping costs?
For orders over 100 euros, shipping is free.
Our shipping costs up to 100 euros are:
€6.95 per order for the Netherlands, €8.95 for Belgium and €12.95 for Germany.
Can I choose a different delivery address than the invoice address?
Yes, that is possible.
You can choose to have your order delivered to a different address. This is useful if you're sending the order as a gift or want it delivered to your workplace, for example.
Which carrier do you ship with?
We generally ship with DHL. However, we may occasionally use a different carrier.
Will I receive a message with Track & Trace?
Absolutely. As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace link so you can track your order.
Can I return orders?
This is certainly possible, and we try to make it as easy as possible. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
How many days do I have to return an order?
We give you 30 days to return your order or part of it. The return period starts from the moment the order is delivered or collected.
What are the rules for returning different items?
Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and, where possible, packed in the original packaging with the price tag or sticker attached.
- Trying on clothes once is not considered use.
- Books, CDs, DVDs, games and cosmetics may only be returned in unopened packaging.
Some items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Products customized to your specifications
- Items that are clearly personal in nature or cannot be returned due to their nature.
- Audio and video recordings and computer software where the seal has been broken.
Size/color exchange:
Want to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color? You can return your order within the return period. Simply place your new order as usual. An order for the same item in a different size or color is considered a new order.
